We have received them too.  Ours were not related to our listserv.

The headers (and logs on the spam filter) sure look like it came from
Verizon Wireless, IP addresses matching MX records, etc. they were sent to
our cell phone administrator and accounts payable staff.  I seem to recall
the links did not go to Verizon, but it's been several months since we got
them.  Ours got through because the sender (legit) was whitelisted.

Verizon Wireless denied having any problem.  If they don't then the
spammer was really, really good at forging IP packets.
