And I was wrong wrong wrong.  Thanks, Marty, for pointing it out.  I think
I was thinking that you <can> still have a digest even if Notebook= No,
but you have to explicitly code Digest= Yes in that case.
 
To summarize:
 
Digest= defaults to:
 
Yes,Same,Daily         if Notebook= Yes....
 
No                     if Notebook= No
