We have one such list for "all faculty and staff" to reduce the junk
paper mail circulated around campus. The list file is generated by
a perl script from a ph/qi database periodically. We use ph/qi to
provide the <[log in to unmask]> mail aliases. The list is setup as
closed, validate, etc., to minimize user unsubs and so forth.
