The user DP1PO on the server CHANDNET 's mailbox file is broken! Its
Microsoft Mail 3, and its not particularly helpful.

If you know the domain the error is coming from, SCAN your list for
subscribers from that domain, and mail them until you find the one that
returns the error.

Often MSMail users will have aliasing on the gateway, so DP1PO probably
won't be their external "address".
