Hello,
 
 at the University of Karlsruhe we run the listserv software 1.8a for UNIX
 platform. We have one list with many subscribers from the US. How can we
 manage it, that all mail to the US is sent only once and distributed by
 a listserv there?
 I have contact to a listserv admin in the US, they are running the same
 system as we. Is it possible to peer a list with this version of listserv?
