   You'll need to edit the DELETE1 template form which is part of
DEFAULT.MAILTPL and PUT your editted version in a listname.mailtpl file back
to LISTSERV.  This procedure is covered quite well under Chapter 9 of the List
Owners manual for 1.8c.  The actual editting can be done with any text editor
or word processor you like, but remember that the final file should be in ASCII
text.
