Like you I started out small--25 members and a tree of aliases, and now am
approaching 700 members and listserv just cranked out the 272nd Digest
this year.  In addition, I recently set up a Web page for the same
organization.  I've been at it since Fall of 92.  No plans to retire, but
I think I may have to sub out some of the HTML writing.  Someone just
suggested adding links to all 2200 of the organzation's members!
 
But, a couple of years down the road?  I don't know.  I am the best
connected Org. Theorist in the world and that is an interesting position
for me.
