I wanted to tell you all about how I was able to resolve the repeating email
issue so that you will have it as ammunition should it happen to you.

I was experiencing an email with an attachment repeating itself hundreds of
times.  I tried rebooting the server, and I tried stopping and starting the
process a dozen times.  I also left the processes off for 4 days to see if
the message would eventually terminate.

Nothing worked.

I found a directory called C:\LISTSERV\SPOOL\

I found the message in that directory and deleted it.
