For what it's worth, those characters between the colon of "Sent:" and
the 1 of "15" are hex 20 E1 20 E9 E5 F0 E9 20

Looks like not an alternate character set, but garbage in the
transmission somewhere. (Depending on your email viewer, everyone may
not be seeing the same series of display characters [above the ******],
but the underlying transmitted hex chars should be the same.)
