I don't think  account names are covered by trademark  protection if they
are not published.  Basically, trademark law restrict  people's rights to
publish certain protected  words, or to use them in  commerce. Many sites
define LISTSERV@xxx as  an alias for listproc@xxx or  majordomo@xxx and I
don't think  we can  do anything  about it,  as long  as they  don't tell
people that this is the official address to subscribe to a list.
