For users on AOL, write to screenname "Steve Case".  (That is a valid
address on AOL's internal email system.)

Be sure to mention the 'source-route' addressing problem, and that AOL is
blocking/refusing mail you have specifically asked to receive.

Users outside AOL could complain, but by using the internal mail system,
you prove that you are an unhappy AOL _customer_, and that speaks louder
than anything to those tin ears.
