I know that certain list header commands (such as "Owner=" and "Editor=")
can occur multiple times (to add additional owners or editors). The List
Owner's manual doesn't seem to state whether this is generally permitted or
not or what exceptions there might be. In particular, I don't know how this
is supposed to work for commands (like "Filter=") that start with a keyword
and then continue with a list of addresses.

I have similar concerns about how to define a File Access Code (FAC) in a
filelist if I want a number of addresses to be included in that FAC. (The
List Owner's manual doesn't describe defining your own FACs.)

Questions 1 - 4 deal with the "Filter=" in the list header.

1. Is there any limit to the number of addresses (or address patterns) that
   I can put in a Filter= command?

2. Is there a limit to the length of a single Filter= command?

3. Can I have more than one Filter= command? If so, do I
   a. Repeat the "Only | Also | Safe" keyword in each Filter= command?
   b. Use the "Only | Also | Safe" keyword in the first Filter= command?
   c. Use the "Only | Also | Safe" keyword in the last Filter= command?

4. What would happen if I had multiple Filter= commands with different
"Only | Also | Safe" keywords?

Questions 5 - 7 deal with defining a File Access Code (FAC) with a line (or
lines) in a filelist such as the following:
*+ ABC= [log in to unmask],[log in to unmask]

5. Is there any limit to the number of addresses that I can include in the
   definition of the FAC?

6. Is there a limit to the length of a single "*+ FAC=" command?

7. Can I have more than one "*+ FAC=" command? If so, how do a indicate
that the second (and subsequent) line(s) is(are) adding additional
   addresses to the FAC?
