Yes there is an EASY but it does NOT involve LISTSERV(tm): the user should
have a mail forwarding function at their host site.  Many .EDU sites
provide a PH/CSSO service, just like where I am sending FROM:

I am of the mind that folks should UNSUBSCRIBE from their old e-mail
address and if they want, subscribe from their new address.  I am not a
proponent of them setting themselves to NOMAIL over an extended period.
