<rant><off topic>This whole business with "ownership" drives me
nuts. We're being victimized by lawyers and panic mongers.  Suppose
you "ripped off" my rant and put it someplace else and (tsk, tsk)
didn't credit me.  And I saw it and sued.  Establishing damages --
how have I been harmed?  How much money did I stand to make for this
brilliant eloquence? -- strikes me as an issue that only a lawyer
would ever want to face.  It's all utterly stupid.</rant>

Sure, it's yours.  It's public.  Cite me (it'd be nice).</off topic>
