Error 10054

One of our lists has not successfully sent mail. The SMTP log gives this
error:

06 Jul 2001 16:33:00 New connection (194/1) from 167.7.24.4
06 Jul 2001 16:33:00 >>>(194/1) Error 10054 from send(), closing
connection.
06 Jul 2001 16:33:25 New connection (195/1) from 167.7.24.4
06 Jul 2001 16:33:25 >>>(195/1) Error 10054 from send(), closing
connection.

Has anyone seen this? How should this be handled? Thanks,
