Do you need to change the email address of the list, or just the name?

F'r instance, if right now, it is

"A Doctor's List to vent about weird patients" <[log in to unmask]>

would it be sufficient to change it to

"A List for Physicians to discuss something else" <[log in to unmask]>?

If so, just edit the header.
