Hi, Joe!

Was the message cc'd to multiple lists?  If so, Microsoft (UGA uses
Live@edu) and Gmail will only deliver one copy (seems random which list
gets delivered) of a message with the same message-id.  Ways to work
around:
- send the message separately to each list
- check the list archives (if any) if sender just wants to know the
message got to all lists
- sender could also subscribe at an alternate email address to check
the message got through.
