Lyo Jacques of the International Law Librarians List (INT-
LAW) suggested I write.

I am the Systems Operator of the United Nations Crime and
Justice Information Network (UNCJIN-L and UNCJIN Gopher)
housed on the IBM mainframe at the State University of New
York at Albany.  I need some help.
.
Is there any software available that will run a listserv on a
PC rather than on a mainframe? Yes, No? What are some of the
limitations? Do they operate in the same manner as mainframe
listservs? etc.
.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
