Well you need to look in the LISTSERV logs to be sure the user didn't actually
send it twice (people do make mistakes).  The other very likely candidate,
especially likely if the above occurred 1-2hrs after the original posting is
that some other subscriber has a broken mail server which is reflecting the
message back to the list address, without modifying the headers, so it appears
to be a repeat of the original message, From: the person who posted it.  i.e. a
mailloop.

You should post a message to the list and see if it happens to you.  Then find
(by looking in the Received: headers) where the message bounced from and then
delete that user from your list.
