You can let Fred know that he may as well ignore the rejection message, as it
was sent "by" only one of his subscribers, and not by the listserver.

The postmaster for the subscriber's service (HotMail) sent Fred the rejection
message, identifying the recipient as Fred had done, and thus mistakenly
implying that the entire list had failed to be reached.
