This almost always indicates an improperly configured mailer.  Probably
that on WSUVM1.

It depends on how ambitious you are, and how annoyed.  It wouldn't
hurt to drop a note to the techrep or mailer maintainer at WSUVM1,
and show him/her a copy of the rejection you're getting.
