Hi folks,

Can anyone explain how a user set to REVIEW has managed to post to the list,
without the post being authorised by either myself or my list co-owner?

We are both subscribed to our list, and have double checked the user is set to
REVIEW, and checked the headers of the received message. As expected, no
Authorised-By: line is present.

Its not a problem this time, but ... ?
