It isn't a BUG but a FEATURE.  There is a way to turn it off, but I'd never
do it.  It is one of several methods of preventing loops, specifically the
ones where a braindead MTA bounces a message back to the list rather than
to listserv.  As should be obvious, an infinite loop then exists and you
reap the whirlwind.

Simply train your users to NOT include headers in their replies.  The
problem you're seeing is just what it says....headers that include the list
name.  Most mail software can easily be configured to not include headers
in replies.  If it can't, then they should either cut them out or buy some
decent mail software.   Period.
