What conditions are likely to be occuring when a user reports that
her digest arrives without the messages? She is receiving the typical
digest listing only. She is not set for <topics>. She says she is
familiar with attachments and hasn't had trouble with attachments
from other sources. I suspect that it is a user configuration
problem, not anything listserv could be doing. Suggestions?
