        I wouldn't be too worried as I just saw a program about junk
        television advertising and it is not yet regulated. There are
        potential dangers. On the other hand, some lists are actually
        resident in different countries than the owners. I don't think
        that I would be concerned at this point. One thing which I
        have noted of the net as opposed to the old DARPA internet is
        that the new one is plagued with fear tactics: it always seems
        to be in a panic about something. -- Paul.
