Geez. I do nothing more that read this list for weeks and here I am again
with my third problem in just a few days.

The following list owner is unable to interact with Listserv in any way from
his Eudora account on a PowerMac. Every REGISTER command is rebuffed; yet,
I can register him using tell and I'm also able to use my POP account from
his machine with no trouble. If I register him then the first REVIEW command
he sends tells him that he is 'served out'. Is 'served out' explained
anywhere?

And while I'm at it, what is the organizing scheme for the SIGNUPx files?
Why so many and what is the meaning of the number suffix?
