They are also described in the "LISTSERV Web Interface Customization
Tutorial" which is linked from the Site Admin interface.

Unfortunately, we did not yet have the opportunity to create similar
tutorials for List Owners. However, you can probably access the
tutorial page on your own Web Interface:

The section "Format of a dynamic template" is equally valid for List
Owners as for Site Admins.

There was also a short discussion of the new (in 1.8e) +SB template
