I believe that if you are happy with the tried and true technology that
you are using to run your list, then you should endeavor to maintain that
interface.  You and your colleagues will not have to deal with conversion
issues.

Regardless, any time you are receiving "free" resources from another, or
for that matter, pay for them, you are going to be subject to ToS /
AUPs.  There will always be a greater Internet "authority" to which you
will be accountable.
