I did forward this mail to the reposible people at the operator
responsible for this customer.
 
The respones, wich was in Swedish (included) and they basically state
that they don't understand the problem, they don't care and if there
are recomendations for things like 'postmaster' they would ignore
them. They also talks something about x.400 that does not mame any
sence to me.

Jag  uppfattar  detta som en typiskt exempel p} vad du  brukar
beteckna som 'anv{ndare' i Internet,  och ett exempel p} vilka
problem  man  kan  r}ka ut f|r n{r man anv{nder  DNS  f|r  att
direkt  routa post till slutanv{ndaren,  TELIA MOBITEL i detta
fall, utan att anv{nda n}gon ansvarig kommersiell OPERAT\R !
 
Man skulle ocks} kunna betrakta det som ett fall d{r  TELIA.SE
upptr{der som 'operat|r' (j{mf|r PRMD) och f|rmedlar post till
TELIA MOBITEL (som {r ett eget f|retag).
 
I  b}da fallen belyses problemen med det distrubuerade  ansvar
som  finns inbyggt i DNS,  och d{r det kan vara sv}rt  f|r  en
avs{ndare  att hitta en ansvarig representant f|r mottagaren i
de fall kommunikationen av n}gon anledning ej fungrerar.
 
Det visar ocks} p} behovet av att kunna skilja p} TELIA som e-
post  operat|r  och TELIA som anv{ndare av  e-post,  vare  sig
detta sker i Internet eller i X.400 v{rlden,
 
Ett bra s{tt att g|ra detta p} {r att anv{nda OLIKA  dom{nnamn
(och olika interna system) F\R DE OLIKA FUNKTIONERNA.
 
T.ex.    400net.se   (Telia/Unisource som operat|r i Sverige)
respektive   unisource.se  och  telia.se  i 'anv{ndarfallet'.
