If you have a copy of your note (check whatever your mail client uses for "sent items") or any mail you have received, forward that to them. I'm sure they did this inadvertently and it may even be possible to recover from system backups (*messy* but possible ... well, maybe possible). My predecessor developed an extensive system of scripts and cron jobs to keep up with this. Our rule of thumb is "if no posts within 2 years or more" and log is scanned to keep up. Yes, Lsoft does host lists. My understanding is you do not have system access.
