Can anyone please tell my why the content filter would reject this
posting?  The list does have a Content_Filter in the mailtpl, but its a
very simple one.  Only catches blank subjects and replies from digests.
Its as follows:

Subject: SIBERNET-L Digest
Action: REJECT Please change Subject line to reflect the subject of the post you  are replying to.
Subject::
Action: REJECT Please resubmit with a non-blank subject.

I have obfuscated the userid and his text.
