Seeing that your site ASUACAD is a backbone listserv, you should
be able to interrogate it via TELL or e-mail e.g.,
query darwin-l
If this list exists and is confidential=no, then listserv
will tell you, among others things, where this list is
located.
You can find out if a NAD has registered an :Internet. tag,
(and presumably it is also actually a registered FQDN -- fully
qualified domain name via an entry in an authoritative DNS),
by issuing yet another listerv command:
show alias irlearn
Not having a Bitnet-registered alias (in BITEARN NODES) is not
proof-positive that it does not have a FQDN. Often times (list) mail
from such a site will have its FQDN somewhere within the headers.
