If this is a false alarm, my apologies, but I found this one rather odd and
thought I'd heads-up those of you who don't run after-confirmation-only or
add-by-owner lists.  The name of the would-be subscriber is Neubart Neubart,
which in and of itself is a bit odd.
 
I do note someone else has asked about an Askbill Askbill bogus subscription
attempt -- haven't spotted that one, yet, but suppose I shall eventually.
(Better, or I'll feel VERY miffed ... what, Arcana's not good enough for
Pseudo-Bill Gates?!)
 
I append the headers -- but will spare you our automagic "just fill in this
form and be sure to sign away your life's savings and the soul of your first
born to us" note.  <grin>
