All this talk about legal action is fine as far as it goes...but I have
one question for y'all:
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LOSE?
 
The biggest reason no one wanted to see the US War Powers Act tested in
court was that no one knew which way the courts would swing...was it
constitutional or not?  Some said yes, some said no.  Further deponeth
sayeth not.
 
A coalition of list owners presenting a united front is one thing.
Possibly jeopardizing the system by going to law is another.  And
besides--whose law?  This is a world-wide net, not just a USA net.
I'll stick to no gatewaying and Send= Editor / Editor= Me,(listname).
