I have a problem with a subscription to CLIMLIST which has me stumped.
CLIMLIST is on [log in to unmask] (Penn State) while I run it from Ohio
State.  The problem subscriber is at the University of British Columbia.
 
He originally got in touch because he was a DIGESTS subscriber but was not
receiving the Digest.  I checked his subscription options and they appear to
be in order.  I am able to exchange email with him with no trouble from Ohio
State using the same address as that under which he is subscribed.
 
I checked with other DIGESTS subscribers to see if they were getting their
Digests (there aren't many) - all who responded (about 90% of them) were
getting them.
 
As an experiment, I changed his subscription from DIGESTS to MAIL.  He received
the notification from LISTSERV that his subscription options had been changed
by me.  He also received a statement from LISTSERV telling him that he was
being sent that portion of the current weekly Digest that had accumulated to
date.  Since then, two mailings have gone out on CLIMLIST and he has received
neither of them.
 
I'm stumped - any ideas?
