Unless you add  ,Probe(0)  'silent' Probe is not disabled.

NPS.GOV has indeed fallen out of DNS for some reason, so these bounces are real
and correct for now.  (presumably that domain will return soon, but that is not
under your control or mine.)

With a Delay(n) where n is greater than 0 or 1 (immediate delete) then if an
error bounce occurs on one day, it will be tested the next day with a
'silent-probe' formatted message.  If that fails, it will be reported as a
probe-failure rather than a bounce, since that is how LISTSERV will perceive the
error.
