Sorry - I am not very knowledgeable about these things...

I want to know if there is a product that will allow me to say: "Here is my NNTP server. Here is my Listserv box. Make *everything* that goes through my lists replicate effortlessly to the mirror newsgroups, to accommodate those users who cannot figure out how to make their inbox thread messages."

(Well, OK, that last little tidbit is my personal frustration showing.. :-) )

If I wanted to use Lyris, I'd no longer be using Listserv, right? And I am a *passionate* Listserv user... wouldn't want to give it up, ever.

Thanks for all your help - for everyone's help.

OT: I did the list-splitting I posted questions about a while back. Will post an update as to its success after a few weeks demonstrate whether it has worked or not. :-)

Shannon

You would need an NNTP gateway. I seem to
recall one at American.edu?? But I don't know
of one now - SPAM and bandwidth may have
become overwhelming problems.

Or, try Lyris, another mailing list product that does
NNTP and Web access as an adjunct to mailing
lists.
