Thanks Pete and others who came to my midnight rescue,
I was so brainfogged last night, but I finally figured it out.  We just
started our list on Thursday and have been totally overwhelmed with
subscriptions, error messages and people subscribing and unsubbing the wrong
way.  It is going to take a couple of times for even some of the simple
problems to "fall into place" in my mind. ;-)
