L-Soft offers LISTSERV packages for Internet Service Providers.
Until now I have not found any Benelux ISP who offers this facility
to their subscribers. I wonder why.
 
In the process of advising LISTSERV to an ISP, I would like to hear
opinions and experiences in this field. Thank you.
