Hiya; I'm a long-time listowner but a newbie to LISTSERV.  I just have
one thing I'd like to get clear in my mind: is there an actual "SERVE
OUT/SERVE OFF" command, or should listowners simply handle those sorts of
things through the use of the "Filter" keyword in the header (or through
"REVIEW" in lesser cases)?
