I just started receiving the following error from a new subscriber.

> ...reason: mail origin is listed in the "Filter=" list header...

I am assuming it is an error at their end. If I forward the message
to the Postmaster at that site, are they likely to know what the
problem is, or is there something additional I should tell them to
lead them in the right direction?
