    You need to go to either http://www.lsoft.com or ftp.lsoft.com to download
the software.  The version of LISTSERV there is the one to grab.  The license
key that you have will initiate the 1.8b or 1.8c characteristics. Currently
you should have the 1.8b license key since 1.8C hasn't been formally released
