I thought that I understood the DIGEST command, but recent postings
tell me otherwise!  It was my understanding that there are four
states, MAIL, NOMAIL, DIGEST & INDEX which are all settings for the
same flag.  If one is on DIGEST and sets oneself to NOMAIL, wouldn't
setting oneself to MAIL just start all mail coming again, rather
than enabling the DIGEST??  Doesn't the individual have to reset
it by sending another  SET xxxxx DIGEST command?
