One of my list members just reported getting an error message when he tried to
post to the list saying that another message with similar text had just been
posted.  (He was trying to repost something that he thought had not gone out
because of some local interference.)  How does this work?  Does it mean that
the messages are identical or that they just contain a lot of the same text?
