I've done all that, but using UNIX rather than windows, and haven't
added the extra layer of encoding (another layer for the user to get
through) by "zipping" it.  I can PUT it just fine, and then GET it,
edit the header, and the attachments work.  But not many know how to,
or can, do that.  What I want is to PUT the file, and the attachments
work when whoever GETs it, without having to do anything (provided
he has a system than can read MSWord "Application" attachments, base64).

Below is a sample of what I have PUT (less the bulk of each attachment),
which works, as described above, if one can, and knows how to, edit the
header once the GET output is received.
