To my question "is the starting date for RENEWAL the one found in
listname.LIST ?" Peter Weiss answered "From the GET. BTW, it is also the
date of last "SET listname".
 
Is this confirmed ? It would mean that every SET (by the user, or by the
list owner) also restarts the confirmation "count" for the user.
