There was thread on this topic in early February which seemed to indicate
that it was possible to be notified when a person submits a subscription
request to a list which is set with the Sub=By_Owner keyword.

The header of my list contains both
                     Subscription= By_Owner
  and also           Notify=Yes

My MAILTPL file contains a questionaire in ADDREQ1 with

                .RE [log in to unmask]
   and also     .TO &WHOM

In order to judge how useful the questionaire is, I would like to keep
track of how many people receive the questionaire, but don't bother
pursuing the subscription process any further.

I've tried adding .CC to the ADDREQ1 file, but in spite of what the
manual indicates, that doesn't work.  The ADDREQ1 message is sent to
the subscriber, but not to me.

Is there any way that I can be informed each time the ADDDREQ1
message is sent to a potential subscriber?
