The overwhelming majority of visitors to your archive page are not
listowners. From the beginning of 1.8d beta I edited the WWW_INDEX HTML
section of my MAILTPL and removed this link. I e-mailed it to my various
co-owners and suggested they bookmark the link and go directly to it if
they wished to use it. I personally am too impatient and found it slower
than firing off e-mails to the Listserv for changes.
