I found it on Aug 24, 2000.
You just move the notebook logs to the new notebook log place but you
should rename the logs to new-l.log0111x instead of the old list name.
Then just do the put again to update the index.

I've given up on renaming lists... too many gotchas. Create a new list
and then move/rename the archives, do a get/put on the header and then
delete the old list. All of this takes ListMASTER access, not ListOWNER.
