If you look carefully at the hostname, you'll see the telephone
number of the FAX.  It would appear to be an "800" number which
is toll-free to the caller (FAX gateway).  The concept of "local"
either when dealing with "800" numbers OR the e-mail/FAX gateways
is somewhat misleading.  In the latter case, it is up to the
gateway to select the most appropriate gateway to transmit the
FAX.
